What you will do

• Establish and maintain the company-wide data foundation to power growth.
• Develop the Operating Scorecard and management dashboards as the single source of truth for business performance.
• Support data needs for stakeholders across product, commercial, finance, and clinical operations.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineers to validate data pipelines and metric definitions.
• Implement AI-powered tools and workflows to increase FinOps efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (CS, statistics, applied math, or similar).
• 3-5 years of experience in data, analytics, or finance/operations roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Ability to manage messy datasets and an inherent desire for truth-seeking.
• Executive presence for cross-functional communication with senior leadership.
• Must be based in or able to work from Boston or New York (Hybrid)

Nice to have

• Experience with dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
• Professional background in healthcare or healthtech.
• Track record of ramping up quickly with new, internally-built tools.
