What you will do

• Handle day-to-day CoSec tasks including incorporations, de-registrations, and share allotments.
• Organize and attend Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and prepare Confirmation Statements.
• Manage corporate record keeping, compliance, and filings for customers' UK subsidiaries and branches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing tailored outsourcing solutions.
• Support the wider Legal Entity Management Team with global portfolios and best-practice expertise.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• 3-5 years of experience in UK CoSec and working with Companies House.
• ICSA (or equivalent) certification in good standing is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of trustworthiness.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior personnel, both internal and external.
