What you will do

• Provide expert compliance advice on product development, management, and distribution for UK collective and pension funds.
• Participate in regulatory change and business-led projects, offering oversight and constructive challenge.
• Advise Marketing and Distribution teams on financial promotion and disclosure requirements.
• Assess new product propositions to ensure fair customer outcomes and effective risk mitigation.
• Monitor regulatory developments and provide timely advice on emerging risks.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and Risk and Compliance colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience in a compliance role within financial services, ideally in asset or fund management.
• Strong knowledge of UK regulatory requirements relating to UCITS, AIFs, and pension fund products.
• Good understanding of UK financial promotion, marketing, and disclosure rules.
• Proven ability to interpret and apply FCA rules in a practical, commercial environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset capable of balancing regulatory requirements with business objectives.
