What you will do

• Perform residential energy efficiency audits and post-installation verifications.
• Install energy-efficient equipment and gather technical data across a defined territory.
• Provide technical guidance, advice, and training to contractors on installation and configuration.
• Educate property owners and contractors to ensure project conversion and contract compliance.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and recommend effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all customer and contractor interactions.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and must be 21+ years of age.
• Physical ability to lift 35lbs and inspect tight areas, including attics and crawl spaces.
• Experience in residential energy conservation, preferably within the Weatherization Assistance Program or residential construction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and mobile devices.
• Associate's degree or higher in a related field (preferred).

Nice to have

• BPI, QCI, or HERS Certification.
