What you will do

• Lead and conduct impact evaluations and cost-effectiveness analyses of energy efficiency programs.
• Manage evaluation projects to ensure high-quality deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Develop scopes of work, technical approaches, and budgets for new evaluation studies.
• Manage and mentor engineering and analytical staff, coordinating fieldwork and data collection.
• Lead measurement and verification (M&V) activities using engineering calculations and regression modeling.
• Develop data collection instruments and analytical tools to support savings estimation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or energy management.
• 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 4 years specifically in impact evaluation of energy efficiency programs.
• Expert understanding of building systems and energy end uses, particularly in commercial and industrial sectors.
• In-depth experience with energy assessments and Measurement and Verification (M&V).
• Excellent writing and communication skills are mandatory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) and SharePoint.
