What you will do

  • Lead and conduct impact evaluations and cost-effectiveness analyses for energy efficiency programs.
  • Manage evaluation projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables within budget and schedule.
  • Develop scopes of work, technical approaches, and budgets for new studies.
  • Mentor engineering and analytical staff while coordinating fieldwork and data collection.
  • Lead Measurement and Verification (M&V) activities using engineering calculations and regression modeling.
  • Contribute to technical report writing and support proposal development for regulatory stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience with 4+ years in energy efficiency impact evaluation.
  • Expert understanding of commercial and industrial building systems and end-use equipment.
  • Proficiency in energy data analysis, energy modeling, and M&V methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build client relationships.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint).
