What you will do

• Conduct O&M activities for Energy Storage sites and associated substations.
• Perform corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance on inverters, transformers, and battery modules.
• Execute electrical troubleshooting, instrumentation calibration, and basic inverter repairs.
• Prepare and implement switching and clearance orders for power plant systems.
• Manage site vegetation and maintain operational documentation such as Plant Orders and Operating Instructions.
• Ensure all work complies with environmental and safety regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ.
• Experience with electrical systems, including LOTO and Electrical Safety principles.
• Proficiency with standard business software; SCADA and CMMS experience highly recommended.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights.

Nice to have

• Technical degree or certifications in Solar or Energy Storage.
• Experience in energy storage system installation.
• Knowledge of electrical or mechanical fundamentals (single craft journeyman skills).
• Ability to speak and understand Spanish and Portuguese.
