What you will do

• Qualify incoming project leads by engaging customers to understand scope, budget, and timeline.
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to uncover customer needs and potential growth opportunities.
• Evaluate and validate opportunities against qualification criteria before handoff to sales teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity records in Salesforce to ensure data integrity.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Project teams to improve lead quality and pipeline health.
• Monitor qualification metrics and provide insights for continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in lead qualification, inside sales, or similar consultative customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM platform.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada
