Inside Sales Representative

Location: Remote - Texas, United States; occasional travel required

Salary: $20 per hour plus benefits; eligible for variable compensation of up to $22,000 based on achievement of the annual sales objective

Medical technology sales organization focused on SET technology and Pulse CO-Oximetry solutions.

What you will do

• Perform outbound calls to established and prospective B2B accounts to generate sales growth within a predefined territory.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including cold calling, introductions, demonstrations, quotes, closing, training, and follow-up.
• Develop strategic relationships with key opinion leaders, distribution partners, educational organizations, and decision-makers.
• Provide phone, email, and on-site support to target accounts and work with distribution partners to grow revenue.
• Record sales activity in the CRM and communicate market trends and competitive activity to Sales Management.
• Organize and conduct distribution and end-user seminars on SET technology and Pulse CO-Oximetry.

Requirements

• At least two years of B2B sales experience with a proven performance record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with internet tools and all Microsoft Office programs.
• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Comfort with regular lifting, sitting, standing, walking, computer use, and extended periods of standing when required.
• Must be able to work remotely from Texas, United States, with occasional travel.
