What you will do

• Manage portfolio planning, reforecasting, budgets, and resource modeling to communicate results to stakeholders.
• Oversee the creation and update of robust business cases, coordinating costs and benefits with finance and delivery teams.
• Track and report on resource utilization and maintain the portfolio roadmap and maturity.
• Coordinate enterprise reporting, including QCR packs and CIO information requests using tools like PowerBI.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across the portfolio to ensure timely resolution and mitigation.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for change management tools and drive continuous improvement in delivery frameworks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a change-related role.
• Practical experience using Portfolio Management tools.
• Strong knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders through strong communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in York, UK.
