Lead Integrator – Data Transformation (AI)

Location: Bristol, UK; hybrid, with at least two days per week or 40% of working time in the Bristol office

What you will do

• Build and maintain integrated platform plans connecting outcomes, milestones, dependencies, resources, and decision points across workstreams.
• Create transparent views of progress, critical paths, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, outcomes, and benefits for leadership decision-making.
• Coordinate business, operations, product, engineering, data, architecture, risk, control, and change teams around shared outcomes.
• Embed Data, Analytics, and AI capabilities into client and colleague journeys to improve experiences and business performance.
• Establish governance, working rhythms, and decision-making pathways while resolving gaps, overlaps, and competing priorities.
• Coordinate readiness across people, processes, technology, data, controls, and communications for successful live operation.

Requirements

• Experience integrating complex, cross-functional transformations involving multiple delivery teams and dependencies.
• Strong ability to create integrated plans, critical paths, and clear views of risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Experience leading through influence, designing practical governance, facilitating decisions, and creating shared accountability.
• Experience with or strong understanding of AI-driven capabilities, including agents, workflow orchestration, data, and scalable platforms.
• Ability to coordinate readiness across people, process, technology, data, and controls while balancing scope, resources, risk, quality, and delivery pace.
• Strong stakeholder leadership, communication, storytelling, and ability to translate complex interdependencies into actionable choices.
