What you will do

• Improve core workflows across Engineering Operations to increase efficiency and cross-departmental effectiveness.
• Lead high-stakes strategic initiatives from ideation and planning through cross-functional alignment and delivery.
• Design dashboards, metrics, and operational mechanisms to provide visibility into engineering productivity and health.
• Support the CTO and Chief of Staff with executive reporting and data synthesis.
• Prepare briefings, presentations, and strategic materials for executive meetings and client engagements.
• Connect teams, remove bottlenecks, and provide hands-on support to accelerate delivery.

Requirements

• Proven success in high-growth, fast-paced environments requiring adaptability, rapid delivery, and hands-on execution.
• Exceptional programme management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities.
• Experience structuring ambiguous problems and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Background in top-tier consulting, major business or technical transformation programmes, or a CTO Office.
• Strong technical literacy and the ability to engage in detailed discussions with engineering leaders.
• Comfort writing and reviewing code with the assistance of AI tools.
