CIB Integrator - Client Relationship Transformation (AI)

What you will do

• Coordinate dependencies and complex implementations for AI-enabled client relationship capabilities within the Corporate & Institutional Bank.
• Help replace a fragmented colleague journey spanning more than 60 systems with a single Client Relationship Spine.
• Establish integration points across labs and platforms and sequence delivery with lab leadership.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including platforms, CIB leadership, and third parties.
• Lead complex, high-risk implementations across shared infrastructure, remove blockers, and keep delivery moving.
• Support delivery of the colleague Interface, Digital Twin, agent-based Brain, and governed data Foundation.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial delivery and integration across business and technology teams.
• Understanding of Corporate & Institutional Banking.
• Ability to turn strategy into safely delivered, interlocked capabilities.
• Strong coordination skills for complex dependencies, implementations, and third-party relationships.
• Hands-on interest in AI and active experimentation with emerging AI tools.
