What you will do

• Administer the end-to-end purchasing cycle of equipment, including PO execution and lease agreements.
• Coordinate and schedule equipment transport to and from job sites.
• Manage supplier performance and establish strong vendor/customer relationships.
• Handle fleet documentation, including licensing for assigned equipment classes.
• Adjust and expedite purchase orders based on field requisitions and inventory strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, planning, or a related Supply Chain function.
• Must be based in or able to work in Avon, MN (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• AEMP, APICS, or other relevant certifications.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
