What you will do

• Develop and maintain Procurement dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Conduct spend analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and category insights.
• Support sourcing initiatives through market research, supplier assessments, and RFx activities.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and assist with improvement initiatives.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting and manual procurement workflows.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics.
• Proficiency in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI or Excel.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling capabilities.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar procurement technologies.
• Knowledge of Power Automate, SQL, or Alteryx for automation.
• Background in category management or continuous improvement initiatives.
