IT Support Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Provide technical support for Windows 11 and MS Teams to office-based and remote workers.
• Manage support tickets, knowledge base updates, and backlog ushirify.global ServiceNow.
• Administer the Windows 11 laptop estate via MS Azure and 1st Line Active Directory.
• Handle the onboardhirify.global and offboardhirify.global of staff, includhirify.global hardware deployment.
• Support local buildhirify.global management systems, includhirify.global IOT, CCTV, UPS, and Access Control.
• Collaborate with international IT teams on corporate projects and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related ICT discipline preferred.
• Previous experience workhirify.global within an IT department.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic networkhirify.global concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Awareness of basic ITIL concepts.
