IT Support Engineer

Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid working model).

What you will do

• Provide technical support to office-based and remote staff using Windows 11 and Microsoft Teams.
• Manage support tickets and backlog in ServiceNow while maintaining the knowledge base.
• Administer the Windows 11 laptop estate via Azure and manage 1st Line Active Directory tasks.
• Build and deploy desktop systems and manage staff onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Support local building management systems including IOT, CCTV, and access control.
• Collaborate with international IT teams on Wholesale Banking projects.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline preferred.
• Previous experience working within an IT department.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts and ITIL framework is desirable.
