What you will do

• Manage strategic hospitality accounts, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance partnerships.
• Acquire new hospitality clients in the eastern area of Phuket, allocating approximately 50% of time to new business development.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot product issues, and implement corrective actions on-site.
• Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to expand market presence in the territory.
• Collaborate with internal technical, service, and marketing teams to align solutions with customer goals.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of sales experience in chemical specialties.
• Experience in equipment, repair, or institutional market products.
• Willingness to travel within Southern Thailand, including Phuket and nearby provinces.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
