Salary: $85,000 – $115,000 yearly

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of clients and drive strategic growth across Central and Upstate NY.
• Build and maintain networks within environmental, consulting, remediation, and industrial markets.
• Conduct discovery sessions to align analytical testing solutions with client technical and regulatory challenges.
• Develop value propositions for water, soil, air, and specialty testing programs.
• Lead proposal development, negotiate pricing, and secure new contracts.
• Represent the company at tradeshows, technical seminars, and regional industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical sales, project management, or customer service.
• Experience in the environmental industry or analytical testing services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
