TL;DR

Principal Specialist - Sales Operations (Energy Analytics): Enabling a high-performing, scalable sales organization by optimizing GTM engines and delivering commercial insights with an accent on CRM excellence, forecasting, and process optimization. Focus on reducing operational friction, improving pipeline visibility, and aligning cross-functional workflows across Sales, Finance, and Product.

Location: Hybrid in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (must be physically present in the office at least 2 days per week)

What you will do

  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline, and activity data to identify trends and shape commercial decisions.
  • Produce accurate sales forecasting in partnership with leadership to improve predictability.
  • Manage CRM (Salesforce) excellence, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and team adoption.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation of sales processes to eliminate operational friction.
  • Design and evolve the sales territory model to maximize go-to-market effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Commissions to ensure accurate month-end processes and reporting.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in Sales Ops, Enablement, Support, or Commercial Enablement.
  • Must be based in Kuala Lumpur and able to work from the office at least 2 days per week.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on Salesforce administration (reporting, dashboards).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones to accommodate a global team.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to build alignment across cross-functional teams.
