Location: Fully remote (Global). Occasional domestic and international travel (approx. 10%) expected.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional project teams including biology, protein sciences, pharmacology, DMPK, CMC, and translational medicine.
• Drive scientific strategy for biologic programs from target validation through Development Candidate Nomination.
• Integrate scientific data across disciplines to inform critical go/no-go decisions and candidate selection.
• Develop and communicate integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, and Target Product Profiles (TPPs).
• Manage relationships with academic collaborators, CROs, and external partners supporting biologic programs.
• Represent program progress in internal meetings and presentations to senior leadership and governance committees.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Protein Sciences, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• 5+ years of industry experience specifically in biologics R&D.
• Hands-on technical expertise in antibody discovery/engineering, protein expression & purification, or bispecific platforms.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional project teams in a biotech setting.
• Strong understanding of biologic drug development processes, including CMC, DMPK, and regulatory considerations.
