Bioprocess Development Leader (Biotechnology)

Location: Remote from South Korea, covering the South Korean market. Travel within South Korea is required based on business needs.

What you will do

• Identify, qualify, and develop new workflow and Process Development Services opportunities within assigned territories.
• Analyze customer strategies, challenges, and operational processes as an internal and external process development consultant.
• Define and coordinate Workflow Strategic Action Plans.
• Support tender, proposal, and negotiation processes with workflow and value-based input.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales Specialists, Field Application Specialists, and FastTrak Laboratory teams to address customer requirements.
• Represent process development capabilities at conferences and events and provide feedback on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and new opportunities.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, or an equivalent field.
• Experience in USP/DSP process development.
• Strong commercial or applications experience, preferably in biotechnology.
• Commercial experience in biotech, biopharma, or a related technical area.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional and matrix environments.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and ability to travel within South Korea.
