Requirements

  • PhD, MD, or MD/PhD in cancer biology, molecular biology, immunology, pharmacology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience for Senior Director or 12+ years for Executive Director in oncology discovery or translational research.
  • Hands-on laboratory leadership experience, including building and leading wet-lab teams.
  • Broad mechanism-of-action expertise and a record of converting clinical observations into testable laboratory hypotheses.
  • Experience with omics, functional characterization platforms, matrix collaboration, and multiple disease areas.
  • Strong first- or last-author publication record and scientific communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with multiomics, perturbation biology, organoid models, and computational data integration.
  • Experience mining shelved programs for portfolio-relevant insights.
  • Experience designing combination and resistance-reversal strategies across modalities.
  • Experience partnering with Medical Affairs and Commercial teams on lifecycle-focused science.

Culture & Benefits

  • Inclusive work environment guided by the company’s Credo and focused on patient impact.
