What you will do

• Evolve the GraphQL-native CMS core to improve performance, reliability, and developer experience.
• Contribute to the AI roadmap by building intelligent capabilities directly into the product.
• Develop and maintain CMS extensions and integrations to expand platform functionality.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Identify and resolve production issues proactively using monitoring and observability data.
• Contribute to architectural decisions to ensure the platform remains scalable and maintainable.

Requirements

• Significant experience (typically 6+ years) building and owning production systems.
• Strong full-stack skills in JavaScript and TypeScript with deep backend expertise.
• Experience building user interfaces, ideally using React.
• Experience developing well-tested APIs with GraphQL.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
• Active use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) in your daily workflow.

Nice to have

• Experience with Golang.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tooling such as Pulumi or Terraform.
• Experience working directly with customers or in customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms or content infrastructure.
