What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure full-stack solutions.
• Build and enhance web applications to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Define and implement best practices for software development and deployment.
• Optimize application performance and scalability for growing user demands.
• Mentor junior engineers and take ownership of technical decisions and the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina or Colombia
• 7+ years of full-stack development experience with a balanced skill set (typically 60/40 split).
• Proficiency in AWS, React, GraphQL, TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, MikroORM, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with GitLab for CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Excellent English skills (C1)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in the renewable energy or SaaS industry.
• Knowledge of geolocation technologies and real-time data integration.
• Familiarity with SOC II compliance and secure development practices.
• Experience implementing voice agents.
• Experience with AI-driven document/image editing and annotating.
