What you will do

• Own feature development end-to-end, from initial problem framing to production deployment and maintenance.
• Build and integrate AI-powered product experiences using LLMs, agents, and tool-use patterns.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define feature scope and understand the underlying user needs.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, API design, and AI integration patterns across teams.
• Rapidly prototype and ship features to real users, using observation and feedback to iterate quickly.

Requirements

• Strong fullstack proficiency in TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node.js/NestJS.
• Demonstrable experience building with LLMs, APIs, or MCPs, preferably in a production environment.
• Product-centric mindset with a focus on solving user problems rather than just implementation elegance.
• Proven ability to take a rough problem statement and turn it into a shipped, maintained product.
• Residency in Germany is required.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic systems, RAG pipelines, or tool-use patterns.
• Familiarity with the energy market, construction, sales, or climate tech context.
• Prior experience working in a startup or scale-up environment.
• German language proficiency.
