Location: Remote, but must be based in Italy

Salary: €55,000–€65,000 RAL

What you will do

• Develop end-to-end features from database schema and API routes to polished React UI.
• Architect complex features including real-time streaming, drag-and-drop interfaces, and multi-step forms.
• Build and integrate AI agents that handle real business workflows.
• Design database schemas using ZenStack/Prisma and manage migrations.
• Collaborate directly with founders to shape product architecture and drive features from concept to production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong fullstack expertise.
• Production experience with Next.js App Router (15+), React 19, and advanced TypeScript.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and ORM (Prisma) for schema design and query optimization.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS and component libraries like Radix UI or shadcn/ui.
• Italian: Native or fluent proficiency is mandatory.
• English: Strong proficiency required.
• Must be based in Italy.

Nice to have

• AI/LLM integration experience, prompt engineering, and streaming APIs.
• Knowledge of Mastra Framework or similar agent orchestration tools.
• Experience with monorepo tooling such as Turborepo and Bun.
• AWS (ECS, S3, Lambda), Docker, and Terraform.
• Proficiency with Figma.
