What you will do

• Oversee daily employee assignments to ensure production requirements and operator efficiency are achieved.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment following Quality requirements and MPS standards.
• Inspect products for conformance to specifications and direct the setup and adjustment of machinery.
• Schedule manpower requirements and interpret job orders for the production team.
• Train new or newly assigned employees on job duties, safety protocols, and quality aspects.
• Conduct 5S audits and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment inside and outside the facility.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Murfreesboro, TN, US.
• 3 years of experience in manufacturing (preferred).
• Strong analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Email, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
