What you will do

• Coordinate daily employee activities and monitor attendance.
• Ensure production meets quality standards and schedule requirements.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives for the production program.
• Measure KPIs and develop countermeasures to address performance gaps.
• Maintain high standards for safety, housekeeping, and general maintenance.
• Administer collective bargaining agreements, including coaching and discipline.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in an applicable field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.
• Working knowledge of machine set-up and lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience leading projects.
• Ability to work daily overtime, weekends, and all three shifts as required.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
