What you will do

• Lead and supervise a medium group of engineers across multiple shifts.
• Manage CNC machinery, cutting tools, and fabrication processes for valvetrains.
• Oversee the effective use of personnel, materials, and equipment to achieve production schedules.
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives by applying lean manufacturing principles.
• Serve as the technical lead for capital forecasting and infrastructure improvements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for contractors and vendors supporting manufacturing and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience within high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Practical experience in machining.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, TN, STEM OPT) now or in the future.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret production drawings (GD&T).
