Salary: $26.54 - $32.74 per hour

What you will do

• Lead a culture of safety and accountability within the team and enforce housekeeping practices.
• Organize, plan, and prioritize daily workloads and establish production sequences to meet goals.
• Coordinate operations and communicate updates between shifts and different functional areas.
• Identify and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Conduct training on equipment operations and provide on-the-spot technical guidance.
• Motivate team members and provide input for employee performance reviews.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• U.S. Citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or refugee/asylee status (ITAR compliance).
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to read/write in English and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds.

Nice to have

• Post-secondary education in machine trades.
• Previous manufacturing leadership experience.
