What you will do

• Lead the subsystem emulation team and oversee design verification, emulation, and post-silicon validation execution.
• Define verification scope, strategies, methodologies, timelines, and execution plans.
• Drive the definition and implementation of design verification testbench architectures.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Design, DFT, physical design, firmware, and system teams to deliver ASIC products.
• Evaluate and select verification tools while driving continuous productivity improvements.
• Hire, develop, and retain a high-performance engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 20+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree and/or PhD with 15+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of the ASIC development process and proven ability to lead ASIC development teams.
• Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality ASICs.
• Good understanding of SoC architecture, processor cores, memory, and peripheral interfaces.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Eligibility to access export-controlled technology and software under applicable U.S. regulations is required; an export license review may apply.
