What you will do

• Lead the Q&R Pre-Silicon Design team in developing world-class methodologies, tools, and flows.
• Mentor and develop a team of design and quality engineers while fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical tools and methods with customer ecosystem expectations.
• Implement and monitor key performance metrics to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
• 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor's, 8+ with a Master's, or 6+ with a PhD in engineering or a related domain.
• Proven expertise in the use of Reliability Design tools on leading-edge products and designs.
• Strong technical background in design engineering, architecture, and lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated track record of leading and managing engineering teams to achieve goals.
• Proficiency in performance metrics analysis and application of root cause methodologies.

• Experience managing multi-level, cross-site, and global engineering teams.
