AE Director Emulation and Prototyping

Annual salary: $157,500–$292,500, with potential bonus, equity, benefits, and sales incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead a team of application engineers supporting customer-specific emulation and FPGA prototyping requirements.
• Deploy and support Palladium emulation and Protium prototyping platforms through pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
• Guide advanced acceleration component development, verification methodologies, and tool operation and maintenance.
• Lead technical evaluations and benchmark development for hirify.global verification solutions.
• Work with customer management, R&D, marketing, and account teams to develop competitive technical solutions.
• Contribute to product roadmaps and differentiated next-generation verification products.

Requirements

• MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of ASIC design, verification, and validation experience.
• Proven experience deploying advanced verification solutions.
• Deep technical knowledge in simulation, emulation, and FPGA prototyping.
• Intimate knowledge of SoC architectures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
