What you will do

• Coordinate daily transport cycle processes, including load and dispatch planning, freight scheduling, and yard management.
• Manage tracking, visibility, and exception management to ensure high service levels.
• Optimize transport flows from suppliers to customers to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Resolve transportation issues in collaboration with local warehouses, customer service, and transport companies.
• Investigate operational failures and cost losses to propose and lead improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Fluency in English (written and oral).
• Analytical mindset with strong stakeholder management, communication, and planning skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be based in Gornji Milanovac, Serbia or Izmir, Turkey.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Experience leading transport operations in Europe across various transport modes.
• Prior experience in the Supply Chain domain.
