Logistics Coordinator

Location: Izmir, Turkey or Gornji Milanovac, Serbia

What you will do

• Coordinate daily transport planning and execution across the transport cycle.
• Manage load and dispatch planning, freight offers, scheduling, yard operations, and load management.
• Monitor tracking, visibility accuracy, information consistency, and exception resolution.
• Optimize transport flows from suppliers to customers across multiple EMEA markets and other global destinations.
• Resolve transportation issues with warehouses, customer service teams, and transport providers.
• Investigate operational failures and cost losses, propose solutions, and lead improvement task teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Analytical and inquisitive mindset with strong stakeholder management, communication, and planning skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in supply chain or European transport operations is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
