Focus on improving processes, tracking supply availability and stock levels, and contributing to planning projects in the yeast and fermentation industry.
Location: Istanbul, Türkiye; on-site internship with attendance at least 2 days per week

What you will do
- Support material planning and follow up on supply availability.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, orders, and material flows.
- Assist with demand and supply planning and related data analysis.
- Prepare and update supply chain reports and performance indicators.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and other internal functions.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, documentation, and supply chain projects.
Requirements
- Be a third- or fourth-year student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Interest in supply chain, planning, logistics, operational processes, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
- Comfort working with numbers and analytical data.
- Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Availability to attend the internship at least 2 days per week and eligibility for a mandatory long-term internship.
