What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end purchase-to-pay procurement process, including needs identification, supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and purchase tracking.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers to support competitive pricing, product quality, and timely delivery.
- Research markets and industry trends to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with production, quality control, maintenance, project, finance, and other functions to align purchase orders with business needs and budgets.
- Evaluate supplier performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain procurement records and prepare reports for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in production, automotive, or chemical industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in English and Serbian is required.
- CV in English is required.
