Senior Operations Coordinator (Healthcare Diagnostics)

Location: Istanbul, Turkey; regular in-person presence at the company warehouse is required.

What you will do

• Support receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch preparation, and outbound shipment coordination.
• Maintain accurate documentation and system transactions for stock movements, returns, transfers, deliveries, and shipments.
• Perform cycle counts, stock checks, expiry, lot, and serial-number control, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate delivery, order, documentation, and shipment issues with customer service, sales, finance, quality, logistics providers, and warehouse stakeholders.
• Follow up on shipment status, backorders, operational actions, and customer-critical delivery priorities.
• Support SOP compliance, EHS standards, inventory traceability, audit readiness, 5S, visual management, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma, vocational qualification, or associate degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics support, order fulfilment, inventory control, or supply chain administration.
• Practical knowledge of receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, stock control, returns, and operational documentation.
• Turkish language is required. Working English is preferred for internal communication, documentation, and system use.
• Strong attention to detail, structured follow-up, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work accurately under time pressure.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook; ERP, WMS, inventory, or logistics-platform experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in a regulated, quality-controlled, healthcare, medical-device, diagnostics, IVD, pharma, or life-sciences environment.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, inventory transaction tools, or shipment and logistics platforms.
