Service Planner - NAMER

Location: Belgrade, Serbia (hybrid); support for US working hours from 13:00 to 07:00 CET, including shifts and weekends

What you will do

• Manage incoming service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Plan, prioritize, assign, and monitor open requests for field technicians.
• Coordinate repair, maintenance, and installation activities to meet contractual service terms.
• Communicate with technicians and obtain regular progress updates on outstanding work.

Requirements

• Professional English proficiency required for spoken and written communication.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to write, speak, listen, and present information effectively and persuasively.
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, urgency, and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends, primarily supporting US working hours from 13:00 to 07:00 CET.
