What you will do

• Manage customs clearance processes for imports and ensure timely completion of official procedures.
• Prepare and submit customs declarations for imports, bonded warehouses, and transit.
• Maintain comprehensive customs documentation including invoices, bills of lading, and permits.
• Coordinate regulatory activities with Customs Authorities and airport bodies.
• Manage inventory movements between warehouses and duty-free stores in compliance with regulations.
• Support customs audits and perform inventory reconciliations and statutory reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customs operations or import/export logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Customs Laws, Regulations, and international trade documentation.
• Must be based in or able to work at Sabiha Gokcen Airport, Istanbul.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP for transaction management and data analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office and customs-related systems.

Nice to have

• Experience specifically within Duty Free operations or bonded warehouse environments.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
