Focus on preparing declarations, coordinating with customs and airport authorities, reconciling inventory, supporting audits, and maintaining SAP transaction records.

What you will do
- Manage customs clearance and official procedures for imported goods.
- Prepare, review, submit, and register import, bonded warehouse, transit, and summary declarations.
- Maintain customs documentation, permits, licenses, invoices, bills of lading, and regulatory records.
- Monitor inventory movements between bonded warehouses, distribution facilities, and duty free stores.
- Prepare inventory reconciliations, statutory reports, discrepancy reports, and audit documentation.
- Coordinate with Customs Authorities, airport authorities, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Customs, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customs operations, import/export, logistics, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of customs laws, regulations, declaration procedures, and international trade documentation.
- Advanced SAP knowledge, including transaction management, reporting, and data analysis.
- Strong planning, organization, coordination, attention to detail, and compliance skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customs-related systems.
Nice to have
- Experience in duty free operations, bonded warehouses, logistics, or international trade.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
