What you will do

• Operate press brake machines to manufacture parts from sheet metal or metal plates.
• Prepare, set up, and adjust equipment according to product plans and production schedules.
• Measure and align raw materials to ensure fabrication accuracy.
• Inspect finished pieces to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on the press brake and maintain a clean workspace.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating a press brake machine.
• At least one year of experience in metal fabrication (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret product plans, including blueprints and drawings.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Physically able to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 35 pounds.
