Press Brake Specialist (Second Shift) + Sign On Bonus!

Location: Nashua, New Hampshire, United States; on-site, second shift Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.

Salary: $27–$36 per hour, plus a $2.40 second-shift differential and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Set up, operate, and program Amada, Cincinnati, and Bystronic press brakes.
• Fabricate sheet metal parts using angle bends, step bends, back-gauge transfers, delays, and related press-brake functions.
• Read blueprints, interpret geometric tolerances, sequence flat patterns, and calculate material gains and losses.
• Inspect parts, identify defective products, and maintain accurate, efficient production.
• Identify process-improvement, cost-reduction, and waste-reduction opportunities.
• Train less experienced operators and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sheet metal manufacturing experience operating press brakes, preferably in a prototype manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of American offset tooling, adapters, and measuring instruments including protractors, calipers, and height gauges.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SolidWorks.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States under ITAR requirements: U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent resident status, or refugee/asylee status is required; temporary visa holders are not eligible.
