What you will do

• Operate lasers, press brakes, hardware insertion machines, and drills to produce sheet metal parts.
• Load programs and adjust machine offsets to ensure production accuracy.
• Interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Perform thorough part inspections and make quality-related decisions.
• Maintain a neat and organized production area according to housekeeping standards.
• Identify and solve chronic production issues to support daily delivery goals.

Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of machining in a prototype manufacturing setting.
• Ability to use measuring instruments such as protractors, calipers, and height gauges.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or granted refugee/asylee status due to ITAR regulations.
• Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds.
