• Operate Amada, Cincinnati, and Bystronics Press Brake machines.
• Program complex features including angles, step bends, and back gauge transfers.
• Interpret blueprints and apply geometric tolerances to finished parts.
• Manage flat pattern layouts and sequencing for production.
• Perform rigorous part inspections to remove defective products.
• Train less experienced operators and identify areas for process and waste reduction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional experience in sheet metal manufacturing specifically with Press Brakes.
• Knowledge of prototype manufacturing settings.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments (protractors, calipers, height gauges).
• U.S. Citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or refugee/asylee status is strictly required for ITAR compliance.
