What you will do

• Execute clinical evaluation protocols and systematic testing of model behavior against high-stakes clinical scenarios.
• Author and refine a gold standards library of test cases, rubrics, and reference answers for clinical scenarios.
• Translate frontline nursing expertise into product and technical feedback to shape safety rails and dialog flows.
• Conduct user research at health systems, observing real patient interactions and synthesizing feedback for the team.
• Partner with ML researchers, product managers, and QA teams to align model capabilities with clinical requirements.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nursing License (RN) in a practicing state.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (BSN, BA, BS, or equivalent).
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in acute, ambulatory, telehealth, or community settings.
• Experience interacting with LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) or conversational AI systems.
• Strong clinical judgment, patient communication skills, and familiarity with HIPAA/PHI.
• Ability to travel 25-40% for site visits, research, and strategic meetings.
