What you will do

• Define Claude Tag’s core interactions and tailor its interaction model to new collaboration surfaces.
• Own the strategy and roadmap for expanding Claude Tag beyond Slack.
• Develop external partnerships from initial conversations through shipped integrations.
• Drive adoption from design partners through scaled rollouts at large companies.
• Work with customers, engineers, and executives to guide product evolution, resolve technical issues, and communicate strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of combined product management experience or equivalent experience driving product direction.
• Experience shipping platform integrations or ecosystem products and managing partner relationships.
• Strong understanding of multiplayer and collaborative product design.
• Ability to understand AI model capabilities and work fluently with engineering teams on technical products.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
• Ability to work under the location-based hybrid policy.
