What you will do
- Define and articulate problems to develop a strategic product roadmap in collaboration with Engineering and Design.
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from requirement documentation to successful launch.
- Manage the core building blocks of the platform to empower clinical teams and automation workflows.
- Collaborate closely with clinical operations, design, and engineering teams.
- Iterate quickly on product features to support rapid scaling across multiple specialty areas.
- Stay updated on industry trends to drive ongoing innovation and platform improvement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management working with engineering and design teams.
- Experience working on platform teams within complicated regulatory environments.
- Technical depth to understand codebase implementations and push back on scope.
- AI-native mindset, using AI to rethink productivity and product scoping.
- Strong ownership and a high bar for quality, including sanity-checking work in staging.
- Must be based in the United States to comply with federal and state regulatory frameworks.
Nice to have
- Healthcare or pharmacy domain knowledge.
- Experience in a regulated product environment (HIPAA, SOC 2, or similar).
