Salary: $115,000–$135,000

What you will do

• Define and own the roadmap for client-driven product capabilities, balancing committed outcomes and reusable growth.
• Translate priorities into a clear, actionable backlog with well-defined requirements and success metrics.
• Lead the full product delivery cycle from concept through build, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary product point of contact for enterprise client counterparts to align on plans and expectations.
• Partner with AI/ML, Behavioral Science, and Engineering teams to assess product fit and technical feasibility.
• Convert repeatable operational needs into configurable product features to grow self-service capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Mandatory first week onsite in Tennessee for onboarding.
• Experience leading enterprise product launches, implementations, or client-facing delivery initiatives.
• Strong ability to use data and metrics to validate assumptions and demonstrate business value.
• Proven skill in managing stakeholder expectations and negotiating complex trade-offs.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, digital health, payer/provider, or life sciences.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-enabled products and regulated environments (HIPAA, PHI/ePHI).
• Startup or high-growth company experience.
