What you will do

• Execute survey assignments related to topographic, boundary, ALTA/ASCM land title surveys, and construction staking.
• Coordinate the activities of field survey crews and office staff to ensure project goals are met.
• Perform analytical reviews of survey data and ensure quality control of all client deliverables.
• Mentor and develop land survey staff, providing training and career pathing support.
• Draft and review scopes of work, schedules, and estimates for survey projects.
• Conduct research of government, state, and county records to support survey efforts.

Requirements

• AAS or BS degree in land surveying, engineering, geology, forestry, or landscape architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior-level land surveying position.
• Tennessee PLS License or the ability to obtain one within 1 year.
• Proficiency in Civil3D, Carlson, and advanced GPS post-processing software.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Scranton, PA.

Nice to have

• Multi-state professional licensure.
• Experience with Bentley products such as MicroStation and OpenRoads.
• Knowledge of terrestrial LiDAR and UAV/drone surveying.
