What you will do

• Perform topographic and boundary surveying, construction staking, and structure monitoring in support of various engineering and architectural projects.
• Oversee the preparation of CAD documents, ensuring quality, consistency, and production efficiency.
• Execute data reduction, computations, mapping, and technical report writing.
• Coordinate work schedules and lead office staff to achieve client and project objectives.
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior office and field personnel.
• Operate advanced survey technology, including GPS, Robotic Total Stations, UAVs, and high-definition scanners.

Requirements

• Minimum ten years’ experience with a multitude of CAD platforms.
• Ability to interpret design and construction plans.
• Maintain a current driver’s license in good standing.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed and operate in various environmental conditions.
• Experience as a Survey Crew Chief and ability to obtain LSIT/PLS licensure is a plus.
• Proficiency with Trimble equipment and software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, TBC, Carlson, Inroads) is a plus.
