Salary: $180,000 — $248,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end integration process for acquired companies and high-complexity strategic programs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment and readiness across the organization.
  • Manage top executive stakeholders through program meetings and recurring syncs.
  • Monitor program status to rapidly identify and resolve issues and risks.
  • Update team playbooks and best practices based on documented learnings and specialized expertise.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to optimize workflows and accelerate program delivery.

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business operations, or corporate development.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting M&A integration or complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Must be based in the US (hybrid requirement in New York).
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills for interacting with all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience using AI tools or automation to streamline operational processes.
